  2. 100 to 120 grams Ground pork (or mixed beef and pork)
  3. 1/2 large Onion
  4. 1/2 clove Garlic

  6. 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  7. 2 tbsp ☆ Sugar
  8. 2 tbsp ☆ Miso
  9. 1 tbsp ☆ Oyster sauce
  10. 1 tbsp ☆ Sake

  1. [For the oyster meat miso] Mince the garlic, ginger and onion.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the onion and saute until soft. Add the ground meat and cook until crumbly.

  9. When the carrot pieces are soft, transfer onto another plate. Microwave the kabocha squash, daikon radish, cabbage, snow peas, and eggplant in the same way.
  10. Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate with the meat miso on the side, and it's done! Spoon the sauce over the vegetables to eat.
  11. You can steam or boil the vegetables instead of microwaving. The eggplants could be grilled. I recommend using lotus roots, bamboo shoots, or boiled eggs.
  12. To cook the snow peas, peel off the fibrous strings, rub with a little salt before microwaving, then soak in cold water to stop the cooking. This will keep the luscious green color of the peas.
