- Place bag on grill and cook for 45 min, flipping every 15 min. Be careful with the bag when flipping or you will poke a hole in it and the juices will leak everywhere while cooking. I use my kitchen oven mitts to flip the bag by hand.
- Once done slice open the bag and serve straight out of the bag with tooth picks as an appetizer (serves about 8 guests), or serve over a bed of plain white rice to make an awesome meal (serves 4).
